My wife suffers from FMS as well. She also is fierce about tracking her symptoms in relation to activities and environment. She keeps a running excel spread sheet tracking the level of environmental pollutants, particularly particulate matter. She found an exact correlation between particulate levels and her symptoms.
Here&#039;s some of what she&#039;s found over the years:
Triggers: black mold, exhaustion, stress, fine particulate matter.
Again, great work! This blog will be a tremendous source of support and insight for many!
